I have over two decades of experience in Talent Acquisition, Management, and Strategy. I’ve led teams for VMware, Cloudera, and Roblox as they transitioned from private to public. We grew, shrank, and grew again; each time requiring unique and specific strategies on how to approach Talent. I am is now focused on helping pre-IPO companies lay the foundation to face these same challenges in an affordable and scalable way.

It all starts with an in-depth Listening Tour among leaders and stakeholders where we learn what is working, what is frustrating, and where you want to take your company.

From there we construct a Talent Action Plan to help companies feel confident about what type of resources they need internally vs externally, what skillsets they may already have in house that can be redeployed, how best to market their opportunities, strategies to identify and evaluate talent, how to hire and launch their new resources, and finally, the tools, budgets, and people they need to make it all work.
